okay so how long should i go before i do my weekly washes? because i thought a co-wash was deep conditioning then rinsing it out lol. i usually do my protein treatment saturday nite then i wash it out sunday morning. after church i was my hair THEN deep condition. I cnt figure out when I shud co-wash..im lost lol plz find me :(
