Actually if you get banned you cant create a new account, they ban your IP meaning if you buy a new playstation you STILL cant play, getting permi banned really sucks.

@TopHatWin you dont have to change your ip, you can simply use vpn and yes its easy to change your ip adress, changing your mac adress is a little bit harder, but possible none the less
