I hate that "What is your GreatestStrenght/GreatestWeakn­ess" question. I was asked that same question on a couple job interviews last year. Its such a BS, asinine question because you can't or shouldn't answer it honestly. It comes out of some damn generic corporate playbook on "how to do" an interview. Its a sign of a mediocre thinking.
