@FlashFWD 'Margt fólk', many people. People do say 'mikið af fólki' for 'a lot of people' but it's poor Icelandic. It sounds as if you're talking about people the same way you might talk about, say, water: a lot of water, a lot of people. Also, people do not 'nota þýðandi'. They 'nota þýðanda'. Icelandic is an inflectional language, i.e. the word endings change depending on the sentence structure. 'Þýðandi' (that's the basic form of that word) would generally refer to a real live translator.

There's a tendency on YouTube to refer to The Sugarcubes as Björk's band. It's all 'Björk with her band The Sugarcubes'. It wasn't her band any more than Kukl or Tappi Tíkarrass was. All the band members were seasoned veterans of a surrealist art scene in Iceland at the time and they all brought something to the band. Most notably, I suppose, The Sugarcubes would not have been The Sugarcubes without Einar Örn Benediktsson intoning his verse and making random comments all over the place.

@Aphroditis001 'And this is my favourite song by sugar cube.' Icelandic isn't very well suited to that kind of translation software. What you meant to say was 'Og þetta er uppáhalds lagið mitt eftir Sykurmolana'. 'Með því að' means 'by (doing something)' and the band were called Sykurmolarnir.
