He's commited to Tennessee. If you can say anything about Lane Kiffin, he's a good recruiter.

He is 100% VOL, those were just rumors of him decommiting from TN, he said, "I am still commited to TN, but i wanna take other visits until TN gets their new coach, and that TN would have to really screw up with recruitment to not get his signature on signing day. Tayh Boyd & David Oku is gonna be a sick tandem for years to come.

Well, that was over a month ago kid, not sure what his status is now. In all honesty, UM would use Oku, he's a very talented back!
BUT, Michigan is loaded in the RB department, with two more talented kids coming in 2009.
We would LOVE to add Oku to our roster, but he might not want to compete for a job, if not, Michigan is not the place for him!
