I had reconstructive hand surgery in April 2010 to remove a suspected Arteriovenous Malformation/Tumour in my middle finger. I'll be needing more surgery in September 2010 as the focused operation wasn't a success.
------------------------------------------------------
I had surgery in September and had a rotation flap done with four skin grafts but unfortunately the healing has stopped and we are again searching for options and solutions.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I had my third skin graft in February 2011 and the lesion has finally gone. I will need more surgery to repair my tendon which is very badly damaged, and my nerves which are also damaged.
Wow. It's incredible what you went through. I hope you're doing well now. Did they ever give you any explanation as to what it was?
