VLOG: Floods in Queensland Australia - How you can help

The RSPCA QLD is looking for foster care/temporary housing for animals in the areas affected by the QLD floods. If you or if you have friends or family who are able to assist in these areas, please email floods@rspcaqld.org.au to help out.

The Animal Welfare League QLD is also looking for people who can foster pets around the QLD flood areas. If you know someone who can help get them to call the AWL QLD foster co-ordinator on 07 5509 9020 Leave a message if phone unattended.

I was close to tears watching the news today. All these horses swimming around, desperate for land. You could see them with there heads on the roofs of houses, and there body in the water swimming. I would LOVE to take in animals, but unfortunately, I live in Melbourne ): RIP to the people who have died so far.

Thank you putting video up.... I live in Brisbane.... I hope never to go through this again.... It was very scary.... Also I have family in Rocky and Toowoomba but lucky no one was affected.... Please donate as much as you can.... A lot of people lost everything. I went to work today in the CBD and to see what has unfolded was horrific. I can't imagine what it was like when the river was high..... Please dig deep, I can't stress how hard it is for the families that have lost everything.... Than

i actually am from brisbane, and drove up to hervey bay for a night, and ended up staying another night.

as we tried to get out, we got stuck in maryborough, and couldnt get past gympie.

ive seen these floods first hand. it is,,, INCREDIBLE! we have to leave our car up here and fly back.

my hair salon i work in is right next to the brisbane river in kangaroo point. so im pretty sure its dunked. and theres enough water to fill germany and france! wow!

its just incredible.
