Great British Chefs demonstrates how to remove meat from a cooked crab at home.

STEPS
1. Lay crab on back, twist off legs and claws
2. Then push the body section out with your thumbs and take off the dead man's fingers
3. Next scoop out the brown meat from the shell
4. Cut the body section in half and using small fork remove meat
5. Finally, break claws with end of heavy knife and remove meat
