Sharp Twin Famicom 3D System

Sharp's version of the Famicom 3D System. Basically the same as the Nintendo version but with Sharp logos everywhere and a cooler box. Neat little item for Nintendo die hards to hunt down. I forgot to put it in the video, but Sharp also includes a nice little custom instruction manual.

I found a whole case of these. Are they rare?

@buffalogamecollector Nintendo version = common. Sharp version = very rare.

I have the only set I've ever seen. I've heard rumors of them selling for high amounts, but I can't confirm.

@Perkinson78 They are both just powered LCD shutters. The game itself tells them how fast they need to "shut." There is virtually no difference between the two.  Exactly the same just different branding.

Nice find, you got lucky finding a nice super complete set too. I've never seen the Sharp version either but I'd guess they didn't sell as many of them as they did Nintendo branded ones. I'd like to pick up a 3D system set as some point, I've heard they're pretty good especially for the time. Thanks for sharing your find.
