@MrBecherak That's great, way to prove that you completely missed my point and the point of this exercise. Does it hurt to be that retarded or can you literally just not go five seconds without bragging about how completely swole you are while posting comments on YouTube?
@AlternativeBaroque I dont see how this is gonna improve your pullup effiency, this is completely different excercise (wrong angle - working different part of your back), and if you cant do a pullup then get a chair or a spotter. This "excercise" is a complete waste of space in the gym. I do 20 wide grip pullups np and i didnt do anything like THIS to get where i am now.
@MrBecherak The point is to build strength in your upper body so that eventually you can do more difficult exercises that you weren't able to do before, ie actual pull-ups. Let's face it, if you don't have the upper-body strength to do a pull-up at all, you're probably not going to improve, are you? Have to crawl before you can walk, etc, etc.
