amatuer hour, it's out of time dude. whatever crappy program you did this on it's sync function doesn't work properly. Anyone who says this is in time is blatantly deaf. It's beat matched but not in time. Sounds like you used virtual dj, that flanger is definitely virtual dj. and you are using beatgrid a bit too much and reverse as well. You need a bit more practise before you chuck something online bro.
