Airsoft Cybergun Thompson M1A1 Airsoft ROF/FPS test

Smooth gearbox and good fps out of the box. ROF with the stock battery and motor isn't impressive. Took out the old motor and replaced it with a guarder infinite torque motor, also used an Intellect 9.6v 1100mah mini type battery. Large 9.6v batteries will fit with extensive modding to the stock. I also did the "wood effect" to make the wook look more realistic. here's a link on how to do the wood effect http://www.red-alliance.net/articles/customization/furniture.html I take no credit for the wood effect.

here are some answers for the most commonly asked questions:
-It was bought at Big 5, a sporting goods store (like Dick's sporting goods).
-the price was $150.
-fps is 350 with .2g bb's (stock, no spring upgrade).

I just ordered mine a few days ago, I can't fucking wait for it to get here. The design gives me eyegasms, IT'S JUST SO APPEALING!!! Hope it gets here in one piece (although with a full metal body I don't think I have much to worry about)
