Florida Back To Work - Rebuilding Community, Economy and Hope.

The Florida Department of Children and Families, DCF, Call Center in Ocala is Florida's model for the Florida Back To Work subsidized employment program. Learn more about the program at www.clmworkforce.com and www.floridajobs.org/workforce/backtowork.

DCF opened the call center with Recovery Act, TANF subsidized employment program in early November 2009. Local, state and federal agencies collaborated as DCF organized the temporary call center to help the agency better answer calls for assistance and create 76 new positions in Ocala, Florida.
