Place the Pinky Ball in the crease on the bottom of each foot, just by the metatarsal heads. While curling your toes down towards the floor, look at the bottom of the foot and you will see the large crease.
The Exercise: Gently and slowly roll the foot onto the ball. When that movement becomes comfortable, begin to roll the ball onto your arches, front to back and then back to front for several minutes.
Breathe slowly in and out as your roll. You can apply more pressure as needed.
