There's information at that site about the balance of almost all other minerals; just click on the mineral name (close to the top of the page). It will show you what mineral that one should be balanced with (i.e. sulfur goes with selenium).

Mark's website is magnesiumforlife . com. You can find a lot of information there about magnesium deficiency, in general. Hover your mouse over the tabs that say "transdermal magnesium" and "medical applications" to find the many articles. Also, make sure to hover the mouse over the tab at the very top that says "medical specialties". A dropdown menu appears; just click on "diabetes" to find more info specifically about magnesium and diabetes.

@0987654321libra The brand of magnesium chloride that Dr. Sircus currently endorses on his site is "Ancient Minerals". You can also look for one called "DermaMag". Also, SwansonVitamins sells one that is similar. The last one being the least expensive, as far as I can see. All of these brands of magnesium chloride come in both liquid and solid form (the bath flakes). All three come from deep underground at the Zechstein Sea in The Netherlands, so they are all the same thing.

Fabulous video, so glad I found it. Being as there are so many forms of Magnesium i.e sulphate, oxide, carbonate, gluconate etc, I had no idea which was the correct one to use. Dr Sircus mentions a type of magnesium oil and the name 'Globalite'. Perhaps I need to listen again as I didn't catch if this in fact a brand name or not. My sister has dibetes and is obese, I hope to find out whether this magnesium would be suitable for her.

Most important , much thanks, not many have viewed this important video . Only a few really know whats going on , sad but true . I have been mag defficant most of my life , the suppliments dont seem to work that well , love swimming in the ocean no wonder . will try this oil i believe MEGA MAG THERAPY IS THE WAY TO GO . 2 MONTHS TIL CELLS ARE CHANGED ,
