@xHuSHuSHx thats exactly the same as me i stopped gymnastics almost a year ago and i no longer own a flat stomach i doubt that i can even do 5 push ups and ive gained like 1 stone. im getting back into shape now. and the burning feel good. i deserve the pain for being soo lazy!

i was always a fit person, until i stopped diong gymnastics, and i now noticed how unfit i had become while doing this. I CAN FEEL THE BURN and i hope it would help me get back into shape!

be careful when you try to do the thing she does at the end when you go forward back forward then lunge with your knee down, because if you don't really pay attention to how you do it, your other foot like breaks XD im not good at thos but i warn you! I almost broke my ankle at the end xD
