Try going to bed early, set an alarm or athan clock, make wudu, pray witr and recite ayat tul kursi before going to bed. It will become a good habit if you remain consistent with it.

Fajr is the easiest solat ever! I mean just 2 rakaat and that's it. I've never been so happy to perform a salat like Fajr.
