Indy Runners is excited to announce the 4th annual Fall Race Group Training Program! This program (FREE to club members!), helps prepare you for any fall marathon or half marathon through progressively longer training runs. We provide both aid stations along the route and refreshments at the end. We had 70+ participants for the first run on June 13th! The second weekly group run will be Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 7:30am at the wooden deck near the Broadripple Steak House on the Monon Trail in Broadripple. Full marathoners will run 7 miles, and half marathoners will run 4 miles. Look for the blue Indy Runners tent shown above!
Please note that you don't have to be preparing for a fall race to join in these Saturday morning runs. We run out and back courses, so you can run as short or as far a distance as you like.
