Volkswagen Rabbit. After a two-decade absence, the Rabbit has returned to Volkswagens lineup. As both a replacement for the popular Golf and spiritual successor to the popular Rabbit of the 80s, the new Rabbit carries on VWs tradition of selling fun, practical hatchbacks.
Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the Volkswagen Rabbit.
More than just a Golf with a bunny badge on the back, Volkswagens newly resurrected Rabbit offers an array of upscale safety and convenience features, sporty road manners, a high-quality interior and attractive styling. In spite of its high level of content, the Rabbit manages an impressively low sticker price. For more new car reviews, interviews and automotive news visit http://www.kbb.com today.
Didnt even mention the fold flat front passenger seat. Stupid KBB... I had an 08 for 2yrs, and did some performance and suspension upgrades, got more than 30 mpg on the hwy(400mi per tank on 14.5 gal, 89 octane). Handles better than my pre 03 Jetta GLS 1.8T and 01 GTI GLS 1.8T, even in stock trim.y ipod adapter was in the armrest . Super high quality build and performance for a bone stock econobox. Styling is conservative

@bullreflexzr93 The Rabbit replaced the Golf from 2007-2009, before the Golf came back in 2010.

@rteyber12 Coming from a family that owns both (the rabbit is mine, thank god), I couldn't agree more. Also, they compare this to a Mazda 3...not even close. Driven both, the Rabbit is head and shoulders above it.
