Does anyone know the range of a flashbang? Because there's been times I've popped one in a room or bomb site in de_dust 2, I've then entered the area before the 6 seconds of downtime expires and people have just instantly shot me, clearly not suffering from the effects of the flashbang I've just chucked in. I can only assume it's a range issue?

I always just bounce flashbangs against walls and other objects to have them hit the desired area :P
