Wil is right, you can never have too many dice because the dice will inevitably turn against you and try to kill you.  When that happens, if you do not have enough dice you can not meaningfully threaten to replace them if they do not start rolling high numbers. It is the only way I stopped dying to low rolls in DND.

I once broke out my own dice during a game of Stargate SG-1, because the dice that came with the game were not my friends that night.

Yeah, Wil says during the first or second gag real that they shot two episodes a day for 10 days. Unfortunately this means only 9 more episodes for season one :-(

I actually think the whole season is filmed in advance. Dodger mentioned she filmed an episode before the season even started and her episode still has not aired they just skip weeks to elongate the running of a season.
