Sure is. I've been watching clips of the show lately and it is so much fun and genuinely funny! It's nice to watch vintage TV, before everything got sex-obsessed and crass (and unfunny, too).

This probably is a "syndicated" promo for the "local" stations that began airing the show in September 1966, "off-network" [including WPIX-TV in New York]. UA probably figured, let's film a color promo before production ends, and that'll attract more people...Barbara Hale did a "customized" one for "PERRY MASON" for the fall of 1966 (before it ended on the network), inviting people to watch it on "WPIX-TV" [at least that's the one I saw; they used that for years, right into the '70s].

Three words no longer used in commercials promoting television series: "...on this station."

Yes, I remember that episode {"The Case of the Twice-Told Twist", February 1966}- CBS filmed that in color as a "test", to see HOW the show would look in color, as they were considering renewing it for a tenth season, which they ultimately passed on. The episode IS available wherever the show is being scheduled these days....

@fromthesidelines Yeah, there was a color Parry Mason show too. They shot one show in color. Does anyone know where you can see that show?

@Jaybird1103 Lost in Space was a hit with the youth market. I know, I too stopped watching Patty Duke and switched to CBS. Just check TV history. Besides, the second season of Patty's show wasn't very good.

Lost in Space knocked this show off the air.

I like Kathy :o)

I think this promo was the real start of a n exciting time for Patty. She comes off as warm, honest and friendly. She is one amazing woman!

They will be in black and white, thank God. I loathe when they colorize old shows and movies.

@PattyDukeTheatre , I just saw the season three DVD advertised on Amazon, which indicates it's in color. Did they colorize the show for DVD?

No, it's color film that has faded over time. I had it checked out, Mike.
