at 0;41 or 0:42, that was my hand liam shook during this song. i think it was just an acknowlegement for coming to the show (again, caught this one, the maxwells gig the night before, a gig in north carolina a couple of nights later (my friends apollo heights opened up) and the shows the next year at jones beach. good times...

i think the gig the night before was rowdier (the assholes in front tripping didn't make it fun..they were pure dicks). most of the crowd this night seemed to have that nyc "show me what you got attitude". funny but as the years went on, most of this crowd never came back to the shows (i guess the band had become to big for them) but i never let that get in the way of the special magic oasis produced when they were on stage.
