Hi I'm very impressed my friend. Can I ask how do I learn this routine or a similar routine? I've only been boxing for a few months and my footwork is none existent as I guess you can imagine. Where is the best place for me to start? I box in a very busy gym so time with a coach is very limited.

@10dutch Thanks for getting in touch. I would start by watching my other videos, and reading my blog (see video description for link). You will get a lot of information there. I have a boxing footwork DVD coming out as well, but it will be another month before it's ready. If you know the basics of footwork ( pendulum step, lateral motion, fowards and backwards) then the key to becoming good is to spend time repeating what you know over and over again. Boredom will inspire your creativity!

I fav that but i've got a Q: Wjy dont you pivit on the toes of the front leg when u left hook?
immortaliserwow 3 months ago
@immortaliserwow You don't always have to pivot on the toes, as long as the hip turns in. For a power shot you would need to pivot.
