2 JL Audio 12w7's, 2 PDX 1.1000's, PDX 4.100

This is my upgrade from the single alpine type-x (check my other videos).

New Set-up:

Alpine Ida-x001 headunit
Alpine 6.5" Type-R components in the front
Alpine 6.5" Type-R co-axials in the rear
PDX 4.100

Now the fun stuff...

2 JL Audio 12w7's
2 PDX 1.1000's
Custom shared chamber, (amps are correctly gain matched) slot ported enclosure (massive 5 inch port)

Kinetik HC1400 starter battery
Kinetik HC800 battery in the rear for auxillary power

The mic on my camera cannot pick up the low low notes so that is why it sounds like complete shit at times.
And anyone that thinks this is not an SPL sub you are sorely mistaken. Not only is this thje best SQ sub in existence but it will blow your brains out if you want it to.

P.S. Don't watch this video if all you are going to do is comment it and say how your car is soooo much better with your re xxx or kicker bullshit, I dont care.

Dude your subs are 3 ohm subs. You are going to destroy them with the pdx. Sell the pdx and buy the jl 1000/1 so you can get the proper impedance.

When I do SPL comps I actually get higher numbers with my seats up... helps create greater spl because it treats the entire trunk like a port.
