Swedish voice & cello girl duo Pop covers with different angle Powerful unpolished playing.

As obvious from the clip, these are great performers. Those of you living in Sweden I recommend visiting their shows or hiring them for corporate kick-offs. They are certainly good value for the buck!

  • Okay, due to your question I went digging...and have to apologize, I was mistaken. Mark K. did write this, and then the Everly Bros. subsequently covered it. My bad.

  • @joecburke ok, well it wasnt so far fetched, everybody has idols, even the great ones

  • Wonderful interpretation/cover, but they attribute it to Mark Knopfler. i"Why Worry" was recorded decades earlier by The Everley Bros., who Knopfler idolized and covered.

  • @joecburke you sure the tune is written by Everlys and not Knopfler?

  • Original version has an magical continuos "flow" of music and I think, this thing (too) makes this song so fantastic.

This artist has very good voice, intonation and plays good cello, but it breaks this "flowing" in her interpretation. And this is disturbing for me. She wants to perform this originaly perfected interpreted song in a "new way", but I think, absolutly not in better way...

    Thumb down... sorry...

  • @buddybodie your welcome, no music can please everybody. but you shouldnt compare a studio recording with a live performance without any backup. Here on youtube I've seen some knopfler gigs that wasnt too impressing soundwise compared to the studio original, but that's only to be expected when a proper backup band is not included.
