Proof that cautions aren;t imperative for a good race. It was enjoyable watching the off sequence Irvan battle Earnhardt through the midpoint.

I kinda understand why they didn;t have updated scoring on the top of the screen back then. But they could AT LEAST indicate lead lap cars on the occasional leaderboard.

Back in the early 90s, Kyle Petty was almost always the one to beat at Rockingham.

It's unfortunate Kyle Petty had transmisson problems and went many laps down.
Kyle had one of the fastest cars that day. He would have easily finished in the top 3 and might have even won if not for his faulty transmission.

1st caution on lap 182...that just doesn't happen in a NASCAR race anymore.
