Taken at the DarkSky Preserve on the Lake Hudson Recreation Area, this video is number 4 in the series on the history of the Aeolian Wind Harp.
This segment features the re-creation of the harp of William Jones of Nayland which was discussed in his tome Physiological Disquisitions published in 1781. The piece shown was key in the development and popularity of the windharp in the romantic period where it inspired such people as Emerson, Thoreau, Chopin, and others such as Edgar Allan Poe.
