While I'm not a supporter of Ms. Palin, I do think the most noble thing about her is her decision to keep Trig even in knowing he had downs before he was born.
There is a 95% abortion rate for women with downs fetuses.

I'm voting for McCain/Palin but I don't like the pandering that either side is doing. I mean Sarah didn't care about the Governments role regarding special needs children until she had one.

Sometime though... doesn't it take an event to open our eyes to it ?
simple example... We all know we need rock salt for our driveways in the winter... but we scramble at the first talk of snow or ice to go buy a bag don't we ?

She will make a great Vice President and an even greater President (in 4-8 years). This woman gets it. We are HIRING her (and John) to work for US. She is in touch with and cares about the common "man".
