I love how horribly misinformed people are about SOPA. Yet the best part is that the way things got out of hand was the cleaver use of scare tactics. I'd bet my car that the majority of people who are against it have never read the proposed bill and probably only got their information from other misinformed persons.

Yes, it's two pages. It's painful to try to translate into layman's terms. Read it for yourself. It's not even in the same region of atrocities that people will claim it is.

Constitution? What Constitution? When there are millions or billions of dollars involved the Constitution is just another flyer and as easily dismissed. If that were not the case, corporations would be limited in political donations and lobbying. I rest my case.

The entire problem here is JUDGES, be them either local/civil or federal, they make up their own rules or "guidelines" and ignore everything else. Guidelines are their laws, the Constitution is just toilet paper to them. Then they use police and marshals to enforce those fake "guidelines". Judges who do this should be tried for TREASON and I say this mainly because the first thing judges do when they're sworn into office is take an OATH to uphold the US Constitution, which they ALL break daily.
