Dr. Peter Rhee, a hospital trauma chief, says Rep. Gabrielle Giffords has "a 101 percent chance of surviving," just three days after a gunman shot her in the head. Rhee also told AP about his response to Saturday's mass shooting. (Jan. 11)
What is your problem? You posted your conspiracy theorist bullshit all over youtube today. Wackos like you are the sad direction this world is taking. Do us all a favor and stop spreading your inane comments. Also I hope you never breed.
@cchanderson Can you provide the quote where the Sheriff calls the guy a "right-winger." I don't recall that. I do recall how upset he was with the hate-speech in this country, but don't recall him ever calling the guy a right-winger.
Either way, the right-wing needs to grow up. There's a reason everyone looked to the right-wing right away. It's because they use lots of anti-gov't rhetoric and consistently talk about guns and revolution. Time to tone it down a few notches.
@demmmmm1 All I know is what the people closest to him have stated. One stated he "wasn't left wasn't right" the other stated he was "left wing and quite liberal". In any case he couldn't be farther from the "Bible Totin flag waving T-Party" he was an Atheist and loved the whole burning flag concept. I'm pissed off at the media and that Jack Ass Sheriff who immediately labeled this guy as a "right winger". It makes them look so petty and stupid.
2. He planned the assassination of Gabby Giffords, a Democrat. If he were a "leftist," and it was purely a political killing, shooting anyone other than a right-winger would be pointless.
Frankly, I don't care why he did it (well, I do, but you know what I mean...) - I just know that the rhetoric, particularly coming from our leaders, needs to be toned down.
@cchanderson Palin embarrassed herself and her party yesterday. What a shocking time to release a video tape, during which she mostly talked about herself and not the victims of this horrifying tragedy. And then to piss off a bunch of Jews in the process - nice.
What most of us are saying is that the anti-gov't hate speech has created a tone that can push tweeked people over the edge and it needs to be toned down. Righties don't think so.
@demmmmm1 Yeah Liberals gained less trust, more skepticism, and a general lack of respect from the American public. Liberals were shouting from rooftops that the "right" caused this, and that he was a "T-Partier waco". The reality couldn't have been farther from the truth and a technologically empowered America knows it. In reality we find out he was a John Kerry supporter and fellow classmates are saying he NEVER listened to talk radio and leaned Left politically.
@madeinvzla007 What on earth are you talking about?

@cchanderson
There are just two things I need to know.
1. He was anti-government and paranoid.
2. He planned the assassination of Gabby Giffords, a Democrat. If he were a "leftist," and it was purely a political killing, shooting anyone other than a right-winger would be pointless.

Quoted Tweets from one of Loughner's few friends(Caitie Parker).
"when I say "us" or "our" I mean our group. There were 5-6 of us that hung out in hs."
"well for the Bush/Kerry election we all wore "1 term president" buttons. That election was HUGE to us."(supported Kerry)
"we listened to political punk in high school & agreed with their leftist opinions for the most part Anti-Flag was our band."
"As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal. & oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy."
