In all honesty a lot of good things came to be because of the tragic sinking. Segregation of classes changed or were almost entirely removed, rules and laws on how future ship designs were changed, regulations on safety procedures also were changed, and it also opened the eyes to the public that having money doesn't make you a god. What would things have been like if it hadn't sank...?

@Jmoney2167 your an idiot.

God giveth and God taketh away.

@A9900960 Actually, according to new finds. It was J. Bruce Ismay's fault. He persuaded Captain Smith to have the Titanic keep sailing. If this never happened, the Carpathia could of arrived to the sinking ship and be able to rescue all the passengers on the ship.

@A9900960 I don't actually think god is a murderer. That would be silly. I was just pointing out the flaw in Jmoney's comment.

@UltimateWheelman god is no murderer it was the captins fault that souls perished

@Jmoney2167 White Star Line are murderers? How can that be if, according to you, God intentionally sank the ship? That would mean that God is the murderer.

9/11 was bad but the deaths of Titanic passengers coulda been avoided. They kept saying God himself couldnt sink it. well i think God sank it to show mankind what he is capable of doing. & they were so sure it wouldnt sink they didnt even have enough life boats for the passengers & crew, White Star Line were & are murders as far as i am concerned bc of the lack of life boats aboard
