A new farm-to-table eatery called Kai Market opened August 7 at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort. Kai Market offers discerning palates Hawaiis freshest, locally-grown products masterfully prepared by Executive Chef Darren Demaya. 

With gorgeous views of the resorts new infinity edge pool and Waikiki Beach, Kai Markets cuisine was inspired by the food fair of plantation tables of Hawaii over 100 years ago that brought on an influx of ethnic cuisine to the islands.  Kai Market will serve both the traditional Hawaiian meal of fresh seafood and exotic fruits, and the many dishes that were inspired by the multi-ethnic generations of Hawaiis people and their roots to the plantations.

Breakfast $26.95 per adult, $13.00 per child
Dinner $49.00 per adult, $26.00 per child*

*Children 1-4 yrs old eat free anytime, children 1-5 yrs old eat free with paying adult (one child per adult), Ages 13-16 yrs old receive 50% off the Adult price ($13.50 for breakfast and $24.50 for dinner)
