材料:去骨雞腿1隻、枸杞少許、當歸4片、蔥2支、薑4片
調味料:糖、鹽1/2茶匙、味素少許、紹興酒、米酒少許

做法:
1.用蔥、薑、味精、鹽1/2茶匙、米酒醃漬雞腿10分鐘。
2.枸杞、當歸、加米酒蓋過藥材,入鍋蒸10分鐘,即可取出放冷。
3.雞腿攤開,將蒸好的枸杞、當歸放在雞腿肉面上,灑上少許紹興酒,用鋁帛紙將雞腿捲成圓桶狀,再將四週封口,用牙籤把鋁帛刺出一些小孔。
4.捲好的雞腿放入蒸鍋中,蒸約30-35分鐘,取出放冷。
5.雞腿捲切成片裝入盤中,夾少許檸檬片增香即可上桌。
