In 2008, Paul FERRY created a Tap Dance teaching program for students living in suburban areas. This program has been approved by Academy and Departmental Seat of Government. In 2009, Gilles GUENAT, a tap dancer coming from switzerland and twice awarded as worldwide Champion of Tap Dance, joins the program and starts teaching classes with 28 attendants. Gilles has a welcoming attitude, very kind with children and teenagers, and creates excellent relationships with people. The aim of this program was to submerge schoolboys in a great artistic discipline, with an excellent artist, sharing his own experience with them. This target has been reached and people have lived an extraordinary experience.
This program has been supported by Ferry Tap Dance, non-profit organization.
