  • Yes, that inside form adjustment sucks, and so does the brush-roller-to-oscillator adjustment on the op side.

    They really could have come up with a better design with regard to changing blankets. I used to work on a Goss, and changing blankets was so much easier than on these DGM units.

  • You're telling me!.. I'm 6' 3" 250 lbs...We got good at changing blankets after a while but, to set the inside ink form roller to the plate that really was a bitch! You had to have a Chapman set or you'd be there for a loooong time...

  • I'm working on these nowadays. We've got 20 four unit-high towers with four folders spaced between varying numbers of towers.

    These things are the biggest bitch to work on inside. They could have come up with something a little roomier than that little V-shaped opening in back, and changing blankets is a huge pain in the ass.
