Looks great, I wanna ride one!

@Topxe Yes a Ninja 250 is the same price, but you're getting a great fully modern scooter for this price. The Ninja is a lot of old tech wrapped in new plastic. No doubt it's still a great motorcycle but the CBR250R is a better comparison to the PCX I think. Still, you want a scooter or a motorcycle for different reasons.

If Honda considered this scooter important to the American market it should be a 150cc to be freeway legal. But I think they wanted the 100mpg ads more.

Nice review! Is this an american model? i bought one in septembem and in portugal we don´t ha a kill switch, but a stop and go instead. it works realy god and is great for saving gas. mine is doing 2.2lt for 100klm... don´t know how much that is in miles to gallns...

It's kind of half scooter half bike, it looks cool. I don't generally like the look of scooters but i would be stoked to own one of these.

Very cool bike , you will need after gas goes to 10 bucks a gallon. Thanks for review

Nice review man!

Seems expensive. At this price point you could almost get a Ninja 250 (definitely an almost new used one). A price of $2300 would make more sense.

Thanks! It's a great starter.... I did decide to go trade it in for something bigger. I'll do a review on it the next sunny day. It's a kymco xciting 250. It's a big step up in size and weight alone. You could likely get a PCx or something similar off of craigslist, nows a good time of the year to catch sells or people wanting to get rid of them instead of storing them for the winter.

I could had got a sh150 for around the same price, I guess it looked more like a traditional scooter than the pcx and that steered me away. Plus the pcx claimed better gas mileage. I drive mine pegged out at 60 most of the time, so my gas mileage isn't as good as claimed. I'm still happy...... But give me 10 more mph and I'd be happier. I'll likely keep it another year or two and look at a bike or a faster scooter.

@neothespian I bought it at Honda, it was retail for 3300. There was no talking down. I was out the door at 4. With tax in tn is almost 10%, and All the tack on dealer charges. All in all it's worth it : )

@EppingForest304 acceleration from 0-40 is great, after that it take a lil longer. The only gripes I rely have is I wish it had about 15 more mph at top out, but that would hinder the incredible gas mileage, and wish it had a clock. I fixed that by using and old watch, strapping it to the mid handlebars.
