Kneel on your right knee and extend your left leg forward. Raise your arms to shoulder level.
Twist your body to the left and touch your right hand to your left foot. Hold this position for 3 to 6 seconds. Straighten your upper body and bring the right leg back to the starting position. Repeat the movement with the opposite leg.
