An unedited view of how I typically do sit-ups.
The ball was selected based on a height chart at the store and inflated exactly to size using an air compressor and perpendicular yardsticks (one in metric for cm). The feet are weighted at the toe with 30 lbs. each.
Initially, I was afraid the cast would add uneven resistance to one side, but it probably adds less than a pound.
