i used to be quite a big fan of FPS games, well...the more arcade like titles which aren't trying to be realistic, but after playing COD, Gears, Killzone and other samey looking shooters, i can't help but wonder, are these really that much fun, Quake 4, Doom 3 and Half life 2 i really like, but with these war shooters like kill zone and gears i don't find them as fun as older titles.

The ps3 will have me really busy with this, MGS4 and warhawk. Too bad socom sucked.
