Holiday 20 Minute Workout
Make sure you warm up before attempting this workout.
Go through all six exercises with little to no rest in between. Rest 1-2 minutes after you complete all six exercises. Go through the entire circuit 3-4 times. Shoot for at least 20 reps of each exercise but if you can't get 20 just go to failure.
This workout requires little equipment and can be done at home or in a gym. It is very quick but hits all your major muscle groups and will get you sweating.
This is great around the holidays when you don't have time to get a full workout but still want to do some exercise.
