Nature Knows

Nature Knows - an original song written and recorded back in 1999. Inspired by a dream I had, this is best viewed with headphones on, and when there's time to relax. Lyrics published by 3 different Poetic Societies! =8oO (My dear friend Marylynn La Gier assisted with some lyrics.)

Photos are mostly mine- taken over the years at various beaches up and down the Pacific coast from Mexico to Oregon; with a couple from Hawaii tossed in. The underwater photos are not mine, but are in the public domain; and most are unattributed. The deep space images are from NASA.

Wow. Someone today will more than likely be the 100,000th to hit the play button on my little song. I am humbled and thankful that so many have taken the time listen and watch. So many nice things said, the ratings, etc... I certainly didn't expect or even hope for any of it. Thanks. Just... thanks.

Many of the beach pics are of the Central Coast of California- near or at my favorite place in the world, Morro Bay, just south of Big Sur and the Monterey Penninsula. A few are much further north, near Portland Oregon. (they look a little colder). Closer to the end, a couple are Hawaii and Maui.

hmmmmm a truly WONDROUS enchanting video. However, for me it is spoiled by the bits where you show Greek statues of the 'gods'. I was going to share this video but that put me off. I cant explain why here, its a bit complex.

Well, thanks for the compliment zezt. The insertion of the Gods was because they were part of the dream I had- doing what they could to stop me from looking everywhere but right beside me. Poseidon is mentioned in the song lyrics for the same reason.
