In this part, Phoenix proves that the witness was driving the car the night of the car crash. The person driving the car was Mimi Miney. Therefore, the witness is really Mimi Miney, not Ini Miney.

Mimi makes a complete confession about the murder case, the car crash, and the aftermath. Franziska, in anger at losing the trial, whips Phoenix into unconsciousness. Maya is declared not guilty, has a reunion with her sister Mia and learns why her aunt went to such a great length to frame her.

@AnimeLuver16712 doesn't really work properly when in text speak. Also you can spell 'heart' instead of 'hurt' because it does not have the same amount of letters, I understand the tell and till stuff but the brain will always spell a word with the same amount of letters, and that includes sounds.
