  • Ive changed the barings on my quad before an instead of using a punch an hammer, i rented a blind baring puller from autozone(its free, wen you return the tool they refund your money) an works best wen the knuckle is still on your quad. An wen you want to remove the front axle you dont have to separate the balljoints from the knuckle, just remove theaxle nut, two bolts from the bottom A-arm an swing it up an just slide it out of the knuckle an then out of the diff. saves you alot of hassle

  • @SerrranoGrizzly Your way is one other way you can do it. We changed all the bearings and seals at the same time on this four wheeler. We are never in a rush to hurry thought a four wheeler or anything that we work on in our shop. Its much easer and less of a chance of missing things if you just pull everything off and inspect it. We use a hydraulic press most of the time to change the bearings on the front of four wheelers. It's faster, safer and a lot less chance of causing damage to bearing.

  • @mtwz71 yo what seals are they because if they are (AllBalls) i have noticed that the lip for the axel on the inner bearing seal is almost half the size as stock and this has been a problem so just double check when you buy bearings because if i were you i would buy stock OEM seals just to be safe other than that (AllBalls) bearings are great.

  • Hands down the way you did it was way better than my way, but i just wanted to give ppl an idea on how to do it without a press an a fork driver. That way they can use simple hand tools an rent one than have to spend extra money on tools, an at the same time they can save some money if they do it themselves.
