MosheDan9 this just blew me away. I had no idea you helped invent, or redefine this. How long can it run? I'm wondering if the energy output is greater than energy input. Like you said earlier about it not being hot, it's probably more efficient, like lithium batteries.
Even though I cant use this technology, it is pretty amazing. I go about my own way being energy efficient, LED lamps, my electric bicycle, hybrid car. +5

wouldn't it be safer not to charge it with a metal and simply IONIZE it? Like an Alkaline system? Don't metals cause Alzheimers and etc?

some metals, aluminum mostly, may be associated as a cause of Alzheimers.
We use stainless steel for the cells. and we don't drink a lot of the water. not enough to cause any toxicity. we take just a few drops of the charged water and put inside of clean, filtered water, and then vortex. the water all becomes highly charged.

when you say, 'giving', what do you mean? Do you mean for drinking?

the water is becoming charged and is changing states... the bubbling production is a secondary effect, not the primary goal, like in HHO production. you can get more info at my site. search for the moe joe cell. you'll see the official website.
