@Delta6202 Because they haven't found it. There is an entire department in google/youtube with something like 3 hundred people who's soul job is to find videos that shouldn't be there and have them taken down, that being said there are roughly 120 millions videos on youtube right now, with 200 thousand being uploaded every day, they don't get em all right away. It can take a few months.

@JEFFREY1965 It would get taken down otherwise. You need to change the video or audio in order to avoid copyright infringement. Otherwise it's only a matter of time.

@Cyanidex3 actually all they have to do is run the damn thing through windows movie maker and flip the image. The YouTube auto banhammer doesn't recognize it that way. There are plenty of southpark vids up here that don't have terrible music overlayed on them for that exact reason.
