Wat was your schdual for moisterizing and do you leave your hair in a hairbow and moister the tips or do you take everything out and moister by sections???

on wash days I moisterize my whole head in sections and on the regular basis, I just focus on my ends. Hope this helps.

i wore my hair in protective styles to protect the ends, used very little heat and deep conditioned my hair about once a week. Hope this helps.

What do you mean bij protective styles? I have straight but my hair is still short,and doesn't grow that fast! I dont want the use heat (yet). But after this video,i am gonna be very patient,cause now i know it s possible

Wow! how did you do it and what did you use for it to grow so well?

my hair grows but not that long. In the past I had it just a lillte pass the nape of neck then I would get hormonal rageous, and wake it off to the ears or shorter. I regret doing this the few times i had do it. Now, i want my length back. My hair is not where i want it to be but it's getting there! i have been all natural for more than 5 years now and I love it.... Any helpful tips you can give a natrual sistah+

ok hith did u get your hair to grow that fast? im starting hair journey and in six months i want aleast apl by then what would you recomend....i started using baby dont be bald and aphogee, the aphogee i also use coconut oil as a seal in on my ends my hair is alil bit past my shoulders and it is color treated, but i moisturize every day due to the damaging effects color has on it . what would u recomend to grow my ahir long in 6 months and to keep it moisturized
