APRIL HALL - GIVE ME ONE MORE CHANCE

Undeniably gifted singer, April Hall, fittingly works her songwriting into her blend of country, blues, and other Americana styles. Moving from South Texas to Austin she has laid the groundwork for her own original music along with her own arrangements of other great songs. Her passionate soulful vocals set the stage whether it's a solo acoustic or a full band performance. April had a busy year in 2008 which included releasing her first EP titled "Acoustic Sessions" with the help of Tommy Detamore engineering and producing at Cherry Ridge Studio in Floresville, Texas. Tommy helped capture acoustic versions of four songs written by April and one by songwriting friend Rex Jordan. Also helping out on the recording where two longtime backing musicians; David Traeger on guitar and husband Jason Hall on guitar/mandolin. Through the year April has had the opportunity to showcase her songs throughout the Central Texas area performing festivals, clubs, private events, and the opportunity to open a show for Texas Artist Aaron Watson.
