Very close race between an Aston DB4 and a Jaguar D-type nearly get's closer still, when the Aston touches the grass and gets crossed up.

The DB4 is an original, but heavily worked on factory road car. The D-type I seem to remember is an E-type based replica built by Lynx Cars.
