3 minutes of the highly exposed goat trail along the cliff face of the Ptarmigan Wall in Glacier National Park. In places, it is 2000 feet to the bottom of the cliff. Not recommended for the novice hiker, or in anything but perfect weather. Video taken on August 24th, 2011.

  • You are a straight badass for doing this. Ive been out to Glacier the last 3 years but I cant find anyone to do this trail with me and I sure as hell aint doing it alone.

  • Did you do that in August? Me and a friend did this around the 17th or 18th of August over Iceberg notch.

  • Hike really isn't that exposed. I thought it would be worse than it actually is. Mt. Clements has more exposure and was more of a rush for me personally.

  • awesome! that's on the north side, right?
